The address is an apartment building downtown across the street from the Hockey Hall of Fame. I'd say it's a scam. Plus there's only one photo.

Scam. He pulled it off of this website , and the architecture doesn't seem like something that would be built in Toronto. The eaves are way too big. That photo was probably taken in California, Oregon, or some such place.
